- All our items are preowned unless other wise specified and will have original expected patinas/surface wear. Sold as is.
- We only sell AUTHENTIC items, we do not sell counterfeit brand name items.
- We provide many photos of color, however color callibrations can vary from computer to computer and on different monitors - please ask for additional photos if you are unsure of color. Descriptors like "translucent" "mottled" "dark" "great" "excellent" etc., are opinions of our in house gemologists - please see photos to form your own opinion of condition and color.
- Gemstones and jade are listed as identified material only, and this does not preclude the fact that natural material can be treated with dye or other treatments. We do not have the extensive laboratory equipment needed to identify and confirm treatments/dye and do not claim items are not dyed/treated unless otherwise specified or accompanied by appraisal/laboratory certificate. Diamonds are always natural and NOT syntetic or lab created unless other wise specified.
- Gold with be listed as stamped karat (it says "STAMPED xxK"), only if it is not stamped or by request we will acid test, it will say "TESTED xxK".
- Items will come as shown as shown in these photos and are not cleaned/polished unless other wise specified.
- We can polish / resize some items if you wish, please message us for an estimate before paying. It will take additional days to ship and is non-returnable & non-refundable.
- Items do not come with displays or accessories used in the photo shoot like paperclips, fake hand, neck display, etc. Neck display is approx 9" tall.
- Most of our human models are women size 5-6" wrist. It will be stated.
Offers:
We do accept offers on most items, please use ebays "make an offer" button. Please note you have up to 3 tries, please make serious offers as we are firm on receiving the price listed. If your offer is much too low, it will be automatically declined. We cannot override if you run out of offers.
Payment:
- Unpaid item cases open and close automatically, please pay asap. We cannot combine shipment for NR auctons and BIN's, please do not wait.
- Please pay within 48 hours.
Shipping:
- Shipping from Hawaii can take longer than you may be used to and it can take USPS up to 48 hours to update tracking while item is in transit off the island. We would appreciate if you did not mark your item late arrival if we shipped it on time on our end, there is little we can do being on an island and we appreciate your understanding.
- If you are concerned, please choose Express shipment or inquire with us for other estimates (domestically). We cannot garuntee delivery dates.
First class can take 5-15 days, Priority 5-7 typically, and Express 3-5 typically with longer times around the holidays.
- If payment is cleared after 11am HST, package may go out the next business day (which may be following week) as that is our postal drop off time.
- P
lease don't ask us to "hold" items if you've already paid as we can receive a demerit on our account. Instead please wait to pay and message us.
- We use eBay's global shipping program and shipping is excluded to many countries. Ebay determines postage and customs.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders to freight forwarders trying to circumvent customs and international shipping policies.

High value items may come with a SECURITY BRACELET attached - we DO NOT accept returns once tag is removed.
Please inspect the item before removing tag.
Item MUST be returned with ALL of the original parts and acessories including booklets, logo wrappings, plastic protectors, brand boxes/pouches, brand tissue paper, and any parts shown in listing to be included.
State tax:
Hawaii residents must pay sales tax & certain states also impliment a online-sales tax, collected by eBay, we cannot overide this.
