    Antique map of Asia Minor ( 1625 ) by Hondius and Purchas
    . This is a very rare, detailed, partially colored map as most of the time were black and white. Its show how the area was at the time. Attractive full color detailed map of Asia Minor and neighboring parts of the Mediterranean, Agean and Black Seas, showing parts of Greece, the Islands of Cyprus, Rhodus, Candia and more. Includes English text.
    This map contains part of the area that was the Ottoman Empire more commonly known as the Roman Empire which began in 1299. The Ottoman Empire in Europe started its decline in 1918-1920 and officially ended 1922-1923 when the title of Ottoman Sultan was eliminated.
    This map has many towns, ports and bays as well as topographical details.
    The
    map is finished off with a colorful miles scale and a title cartouche. Map
    size is 8 x 6.
